Who We're Helping

Help4Kids | Backpack Buddies

Food is the foundation for a happy, healthy life. Hunger is everywhere—often where you least expect it. While hunger is commonly associated with the homeless population, only 10 percent of food recipients are actually homeless. The rest? Everyday people like you and me who are underemployed or unemployed, children, seniors and others who are fighting health issues.

Visit https://www.help4kidssc.org to learn more about who we’ve partnered with and how they’re working to end hunger.

Per their website: "Our mission is to provide food for hungry children of Horry County who through no fault of their own do not have enough to eat on a daily basis.  Our motto is "HUNGER doesn't take the weekend off, neither does our 100% volunteer staff."
