Motto Mortgage Lakecrest is looking for a growth-driven Branch Manager with production experience and a desire to leverage multiple social media platforms to improve your brand awareness. This role is perfect for a producer desiring to level up! Mortgage brokerage experience is needed. Product experience should include & not limited to Conventional, VA, FHA, DPA, non-QM, DSCR, among others. Help drive loan production and support a others business growth with preferred pricing, turn times, and support from the Nation's largest wholesale partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage weekly with Brand Director, implementing Business Development Plan
• Train and mentor loan originators from $5-$15M
• Cultivate relationships with both affiliated Realty ONE Group Prestige and un-affiliated real estate professionals and referral partners.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in bi-weekly branch meetings to promote team communication, informed product knowledge, best practices, and sales support.
