At Motto Mortgage Residential you will be the driving force in growing your business by acquiring and retaining new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of the industry, communication skills and sales insight to build relationships with borrowers, clients and Realtors to educate and assist in acquiring home financing.

2+ years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)

Remote Option, Must Live In Massachusetts

 

 


Experience

-Active Massachusetts MLO license through the NMLS.

-2+ years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

-W2 documentation for previous 2 years income.

-Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success.

-Success in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.

-Work directly with borrowers in qualifying, pulling credit, running AUS, pricing loans, collecting documents, and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

  • -Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

    -Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

    -Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

    -Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

    -Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

    -Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
