The mortgage industry has changed tremendously over the past 10 yrs.  It has become increasingly important to work with a professional who is responsive and has plenty of mortgage experience.

 I have worked for local and national lenders and have done mortgages in almost every state over the past 24 years. Mortgage brokers have more flexibility in pricing and products than the retail lenders.  We work with several lenders to offer a broad array of mortgage choices and rate choices as opposed to one option with a retail lender.  We lead with the best rates and best products!

When I am not preparing the perfect mortgage for you, I enjoy my family time.  My wife, Pam, is a clinical nurse specialist at Augusta University and my children, Garrett and Jordan, attend North Augusta High School.  We enjoy outdoors activities as well as a variety of sports and cross fitness activities.
