Jana was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable, fast to respond, and always willing to answer my questions, even when I needed to ask the same one twice because I was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information coming at me. As a broker, she found a very competitive rate and kept the process moving smoothly. She was quick to send anything needed from my end, made sure I understood each step, and handled communication with the underwriter, which to my understanding is often the one of the more complicated parts, with ease. When the transaction was wrapping up, I felt confident that the mortgage I was taking made sense for my budget and income. I also had a clear picture of what my payments would look like in the long run. Early in the home shopping process, I was not sure what price range I was comfortable with. When I asked Jana to increase my pre-approval amount and provide a breakdown of loan payments in $25,000 increments so I could gauge my comfort level with higher amounts, she quickly put together several examples for me to review. Throughout the entire process, Jana was kind, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. I would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her and the brokerage to anyone without hesitation.
