Rick Matthews didn’t just help us get a mortgage—he basically became our financial therapist, life coach, and part-time magician. From day one, Rick was incredibly kind, endlessly patient (and trust me, he needed to be), and somehow always available—seriously, I’m still not convinced he sleeps. Every question we had—no matter how small, repetitive, or “wait…can you explain that one more time?”—was answered clearly and without a hint of frustration. He took what could have been a stressful, confusing process and made it feel smooth, manageable, and dare I say…enjoyable? At one point I was half-expecting him to show up with snacks and a whiteboard. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, keeps you calm, and actually cares about getting you the best outcome, Rick is your guy. I want to start by saying THE SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE IS ON THIS BUSINESS. Nothing short of excellent service and compassion every time we spoke to them. Everything I mean everything went smoothly. We closed in almost a months time! These two ladies Taylor and Bethany were the absolute best and did anything they could to make this process easy and enjoyable. Dealing with Jasson was a big mistake, his lack of paying any personal attention to our file caused the deal to fall through and we are truly heartbroken over our transaction falling apart last minute! Typical over promise and no delivery whatsoever and there was complete lack of transparency all the way until the deal fell apart! We were constantly assured that this deal would go through and everything was fine and we missed out because of him. We do not "at all" recommend him or Motto Mortgage Precision as a business.

Lou is amazing, he awnsered every call, text, email throughout the process, and kept me updated as well. i'm pretty sure anyone else would've given up on my situation but he did everything he could and got it!
