I had been trying to get financed since March. Used 2 different lenders and was told no by both. One of them helped improve my credit but in the end it was a no unless I had 15,000 down. The second one got all the way to tell me I could close then come back and said “it’s not going to work unless you have 22,000 down”. My realtor suggested Addy. And let me tell you 100% she was the best! She said “yes I can do it” I had many doubts and was just going with whatever at this point. But we closed on our house yesterday.
